What to do with this zip file:
		Simply extract the contents of this file in the same directory as the rpg maker program. Overwrite the current *.cnt and *.hlp file that exist there, if they exist there.

This is the actual japanese help file for the RPG (*Tscul*) 2000 translated into english. In addition to that, a great deal of information has been added to the help file to clarify and ease the suffering of newbies.
