RemoveQuitQuestion MES

Skips drawing the question-window in default menu's end-screen, slightly adjusts vertical drawing-position of the yes-no-choice to screen's center and changes the text-source of ModernEndScreen's shutdown to the now-unused vocab-entry of the question.

Only to be applied after using ModernEndScreen before!

To revert RQQ-MES later, just apply ModernEndScreen again.
